Contractual Relationship
By accessing, registering an account on, or purchasing services through GoTechPlace (via web portal or mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1Account Authenticity & Conduct
All platform participants must uphold honesty, accuracy, and professional decorum:
- Accurate Identification: You must supply authentic academic records, valid contact credentials, and verified phone numbers during registration.
- Single Profile Policy: An individual may not create multiple duplicate student identities or misrepresent their credentials as corporate recruiters.
- Professional Behavior: Abusive communication toward career advisors, student peers, educators, or employer representatives will lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
2Student Projects & Academic Integrity Honor Code
Projects provided through the GoTechPlace Marketplace are engineered to foster hands-on experiential learning, code architecture comprehension, and real-world system engineering skills.
3Recruiter & Employer Postings
Hiring managers, recruiters, and corporate partners operating on GoTechPlace must adhere to fair employment practices:
All listings must reflect actual, funded vacancies or bona fide internships with transparent compensation disclosures.
Employers are strictly prohibited from demanding registration fees, training charges, or security deposits from job applicants.
4Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary course curricula, training videos, architectural diagrams, documentation, brochures, and brand trademarks associated with GoTechPlace remain the exclusive property of GoTechPlace.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access training modules for self-improvement. Unauthorized reproduction, public broadcasting, torrent distribution, or reselling of GoTechPlace instructional material constitutes copyright infringement.
5Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to platform services, account termination, or payment fulfillment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
